• Lead full lifecycle programme management - from initiation through to delivery and benefits realisation.
• Drive business transformation initiatives across technology, process, and people change.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations, ensuring alignment and successful adoption of change.
• Oversee the delivery of integrated Oracle and SAP platform programmes, ensuring technical alignment with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams, project dependencies, and programme governance.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programmes (private and/or public sector).
• Strong background in Oracle and SAP platforms, with the ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.
• Demonstrated expertise in business transformation - driving both process optimisation and people change.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Hands-on approach to end-to-end delivery, with a strategic mindset and operational focus.
