Looking for a skilled Nokia Radio Design Engineer to join the business Network Strategy Engineering team. You'll play a key role in delivering 4G/5G radio design for the organisation, working closely with Planning, Strategy, and Regional teams to optimise network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop 4G/5G HLDs and LLDs to meet business requirements

- Analyse network performance and implement improvements

- Work on RAN software selection and feature testing

- Provide insights from benchmarking data

- Utilise tools like Mycom Proptima, TEMs, and Accuver

What You Need:

- 5+ years' experience in RAN/Nokia design

- Strong knowledge of LTE & 5G NR (NSA & SA) technologies

- Experience managing RAN parameters in live networks

- Expertise in Microsoft Office, drive test tools & analytics platforms

- Engineering or Science degree
