Sales Manager: Health Technology & Preventative Health (Contract)
Location: Remote (London preferred)
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commission
We are supporting our client to hire an experienced Sales Manager to drive partner acquisition and commercial growth across the UK, particularly in London and the southern regions.
This role suits a highly networked, results‐driven professional with experience selling high‐value services or diagnostics into health‐aligned industries.
Role Purpose
This position is designed for a self‐starter who can:
- Drive measurable B2B sales growth
- Build and manage strategic partnerships across private health, wellbeing, and professional service sectors
- Lay the foundation for a future sales function with potential leadership opportunities
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships within private health, wellbeing, and professional service organisations
- Generate, manage, and independently close new business opportunities
- Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiations, contracting, and partner onboarding
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong relationship management
- Report regularly on sales pipeline, revenue performance, and commercial metrics
Requirements
- Strong B2B sales background in health tech, wellbeing, diagnostics, private healthcare, professional services, or related sectors
- An existing network within UK private health, wellness, corporate wellbeing, insurance, or relevant professional ecosystems
- Excellent relationship‐building, communication, and negotiation skills
