Salesforce Developer / Application Engineer – Financial Services Cloud

Location: London, Liverpool OR Glasgow

Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite

I’m currently supporting a client who is looking for a Salesforce Developer / Application Engineer with strong hands-on experience across the Salesforce platform, ideally within Financial Services Cloud or complex Salesforce environments.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-quality Salesforce solutions, working in a product-led Agile team, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of a major Salesforce platform.

You’ll be involved in delivering Salesforce features and enhancements, supporting integrations, improving platform stability, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key experience required:

Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience

Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Flows

Experience with Financial Services Cloud or complex Salesforce data models

Salesforce security, sharing models and governor limits

Salesforce integrations using APIs

Agile delivery experience

CI/CD and deployment tools, ideally Copado

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

Nice to have:

Financial services, wealth management or regulated industry experience

OmniStudio experience, including FlexCards, OmniScripts or Integration Procedures

Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 exposure

Marketing Cloud Engagement or Marketing Cloud Next

Post-implementation support and enhancement experience

Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification

This role would suit someone who is delivery-focused, detail-oriented and confident working across both new development and ongoing platform improvements.
