Role Title: Seismic Developer

Salary: £70,000 per annum

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing and building Seismic LiveDoc solutions that enhance Front Office client-facing activities. This includes improving document quality and user experience through automated and customisable document creation, developing tools and integrations, and supporting ongoing Seismic platform maintenance and development.

The role centres on the creation and optimisation of Seismic LiveDocs and related functionality, including sourcing data from lists and external platforms. A strong understanding of LiveDoc structure within Seismic is essential.

You will join an established team of experienced Seismic specialists and collaborate on a range of technical and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimisation of automated and customisable proposal documents-one of the platform's core projects.
  • Build advanced, scalable Seismic LiveDoc solutions that deliver automation benefits and improve the user journey for Front Office teams, including documenting solutions when required.
  • Gather project requirements and interpret complex briefs from stakeholders at all levels, maintaining a solutions-focused approach while managing expectations and timelines.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimise Seismic solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Support integrations between Seismic and external systems via APIs, data loaders, and other integration tools to ensure timely and accurate delivery of source data and reduce manual effort for end users.
  • Collaborate with the wider Seismic team on platform projects, maintenance, and continuous improvement, including the development and upkeep of Seismic Hubs, compliance workflows, and system architecture.
  • Deliver training sessions to end users across the organisation.
  • Champion the technical team as a key solutions partner for Front Office functions.
  • Provide analytics and reporting to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of delivered solutions.

About You

  • Familiarity with Seismic LiveSend, Digital Sales Rooms, Workflows, and Reference Content.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Word, particularly with Seismic add-ins.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including the creation and maintenance of Seismic Lists and databases.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
