We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a high-impact HR Technology team within a global financial services environment.

What you will be doing
- Designing and delivering ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions at enterprise scale
- Collaborating with HR and engineering teams to define architecture and solution strategy
- Leading hands-on development while setting standards for performance, security, and scalability
- Integrating ServiceNow with platforms like Workday and the Microsoft ecosystem
- Driving innovation through AI-powered solutions and modern development practices
What we are looking for
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development and architecture, particularly HRSD
- Proven track record delivering solutions in enterprise environments
- Exposure to AI capabilities (e.g. generative or agentic use cases)
- Working knowledge of integrations across Workday, Microsoft 365, Entra, Graph APIs
Nice to have
- Experience with Copilot / conversational interfaces
- Knowledge of zero-copy data architectures
- End-to-end implementation experience with Workday integrations
