We are partnering with a leading global financial services organisation undergoing a major HR technology transformation and they are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to play a key role in shaping the future of their employee experience.

This is an opportunity to work at enterprise scale, delivering impactful solutions across HR systems and modern digital platforms.

The Role

You will join a high-performing HR Technology team, designing and building solutions on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform. You’ll collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable solutions that enhance the end-to-end colleague experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions
• Building and maintaining integrations across enterprise systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions
• Driving code quality, testing standards, and secure development practices
• Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the tech ecosystem

Key Experience Required

• Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly HR Service Delivery
• Proven track record delivering integrations at enterprise scale
• Experience with Platform Analytics and reporting use cases
• Working knowledge of tools like Workday, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Copilot)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Generative AI / NowAssist use cases
• Experience with zero-copy data architectures
• End-to-end implementation experience with Workday integrations
