SuccessFactors Functional Consultant

I am seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Functional Lead to join my client's HR transformation programme. You'll be responsible for leading third-party partners in configuring the SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 modules, while also working closely with senior internal stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding 2.0
• Certified in Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0
• Proficient in Career Site Builder
• Confident leading and challenging third-party implementation partners
• Skilled at communicating complex technical information to senior stakeholders
• Experience presenting to senior leadership

Other Information:

• Hybrid working model - just 1 day per week onsite in Central London
• IR35 status: Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
