Technology Transactions (3-5 PQE)
An international law firm with a market-leading reputation in technology and communications is seeking a 3-5 PQE associate to join it's London team.
The Firm
The firm is consistently ranked in the top tiers for technology, telecoms and IP work. They advise many of the world's leading technology businesses, telecoms operators and multinational corporates on complex and often cross-border matters. The London office plays a central role in the firm's global technology offering and is known for handling innovative, high-value matters.
The Work
- SaaS and cloud services agreements, including multi-jurisdictional roll-outs.
- Advising on AI-driven products and data-enabled technology solutions, allocation of risk, IP ownership and liability structures.
- Structuring and negotiating major outsourcing and managed services transactions.
- Software licensing, development and collaboration agreements, including joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Systems integration and implementation projects involving mission-critical IT infrastructure.
- Commercial agreements relating to digital infrastructure, connectivity and emerging telecoms technologies.
The Candidate
You will be E&W qualified (or other common law jurisdiction) with 3-5 PQE and have strong experience in technology and telecoms-focused commercial work. Solid drafting skills across complex IT, outsourcing and commercial contracts are essential, alongside the confidence to manage key workstreams and develop client relationships.
