Technology lawyer considering a move? US firm - 4 PQE +

We are continuing to see an uptick in the technology transactions space with several new firms entering the market after a quieter start to the year.

Our client is a top US firm in London seeking an experienced first class commercial technology and IP transactions lawyer.

The team advises on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border transactions for major private equity sponsors, multinational corporates and fast-growth technology businesses. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of technology, IP, data privacy and AI-related matters, particularly in the context of M&A, carve-outs, outsourcing, licensing and strategic commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have 4 PQE + experience and be coming out of a top rated private practice firm and be happy to get high responsibility levels whilst working in this lean team.
