As a Functional Consultant,/ Finance Systems Consultant you’ll turn client requirements into practical solutions using the software platform. Leveraging your accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and technical aptitude, you’ll deliver implementations that help clients optimise their processes and achieve their goals. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver front-line customer service and support professionally.
• Collaborate with project delivery, support, and product teams.
• Work on client implementations including:
• System configuration
• Build workshops
• User acceptance testing
• Data migration
• Go-live support
• Configure software to meet approved designs and client requirements.
• Identify project risks and guide clients on best practices.
• Create documentation and contribute to the company knowledge base.
• Maintain accurate timesheets and update progress in Teamwork.
• Occasionally travel across the UK or internationally.

Skills & Experience

• Implementation experience with SaaS finance software
• Accounting qualification
• Advanced user of MS Excel and Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills

Desirable / Development:

• Continuously develop software knowledge and accounting processes
• Ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously
