We're looking for a senior consulting leader to help organisations transform data, analytics, and AI into better decisions and measurable outcomes.

As a Partner, you'll work with executive stakeholders to design and deliver decision intelligence solutions across areas such as pricing, forecasting, operational optimisation, risk management, and AI-enabled decision making.

What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic client engagements and executive relationships.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical AI and analytics solutions.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through data, modelling, and decision intelligence.
• Build and grow a high-performing team of consultants, data scientists, and AI specialists.
• Develop thought leadership and support business growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 12+ years' experience in consulting, data science, analytics, AI, operations research, or decision intelligence.
• Strong track record delivering business value through advanced analytics and AI.
• Experience working with senior business leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
• Expertise in areas such as forecasting, optimisation, pricing, risk, machine learning, or AI systems.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to lead, influence, and grow client relationships.
