Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Representative located in Tallinn Estonia or London, UK. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, driving sales opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective customers, and building relationships to expand the customer base. The representative will also contribute to developing and executing business strategies to grow revenue and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
- Strong Communication skills including verbal and written proficiency
- Background in Business Development with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools is desirable- Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Nav
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in the tech or cloud industry (preferably AWS) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of 2000–2600 EUR gross plus uncapped performance-based bonuses
