Marketing Intern (Glasgow)
- Reports to: Marketing Manager
- Role: Hybrid - 3 days minimum per week in the Glasgow Office
- Duration: 3 months
- Salary: £25,000 pro rata

- Social media support: Assist with planning, writing, and scheduling posts (mainly LinkedIn and YouTube), and keeping track of performance.
- CRM (HubSpot) maintenance: Help clean up contact data, tag and organise records, and assist with marketing email lists and reports.
- Podcast editing and publishing: Support with basic audio editing, uploading episodes, and preparing show notes (training provided, but previous experience in this area desirable).
- Event coordination: Assist in planning and running internal and external events - from logistics, target accounts and promotion to follow-up and lead converting.
- Sales admin support: Help the team with proposal decks, researching funding and frameworks, document formatting, and keeping key materials up to date.
- General marketing tasks: Review and upload blog content, help prepare visuals, research ideas, and jump in wherever needed. We are a small and fast-paced team, so you’ll get the opportunity to work across a variety of projects.
- You’re looking for early-career experience in marketing and content production - most suitable for a recent graduate, or early-career professional.
- You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy juggling different tasks and projects.
- You're curious about content, marketing, tech, and the energy transition.
- You’ve got great attention to detail and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- You enjoy creating content (written, video, audio, graphics) and will bring new ideas to the table.
- You’re comfortable writing and communicating clearly.
- You’re happy working with digital tools like Hubspot, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.
- Bonus: You’ve played around with podcast/audio tools (like Riverside, Descript, Audacity, or others).
- Bonus: You have experience in or have a proven understanding of the energy, creative industries and/or Tech and AI sectors.
- Real-world experience across multiple areas of marketing in a growing technology consulting business.
- Exposure to the energy, climate, creative and technology sectors.

We’re growing fast and are now looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and get stuck into a wide range of hands-on marketing projects.
About the internship
This internship is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build experience in B2B marketing and content production, with a chance to contribute to meaningful work in the energy and climate tech space.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and wider team to support a variety of day-to-day tasks across content, social media, CRM and events. No two days will look the same, and you’ll get real exposure to how a growing consultancy runs its marketing engine.
