Responsibilities- Using JIRA to track and manage work
- Designing and developing solutions
- Writing detailed specifications
- Raising and documenting change requests
- Collaborating with internal business teams
- Occasional interaction with end clients
- Delivering on-site and virtual client training
- Managing project timelines and priorities
- Testing and validating system changes
- Experience in a Business Analyst - 2+ years
- Strong IT knowledge, ideally from an IT-focused environment
- Confident JIRA user with experience documenting change requests
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Calm and professional approach to query handling
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
