- 3+ years in client services, account management, or a similar role
- Confident communicator, able to present ideas and performance insights clearly
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and identifying opportunities
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience supporting long-term client growth and cross-functional collaboration
- Previous experience in media, marketing, or digital services preferred
