Location: Hove Office | Hybrid (2–3 days WFH)

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + Commission

From hyperscale data infrastructure to quantum computing, mobility to connected health, they operate at the intersection of breakthrough innovation and commercial leadership.

They are hiring a talented, intelligent, and consultative recruiter to join the team – either in a 180 or full 360 position. Whether your strength lies in building lasting client partnerships or mapping and influencing senior talent, you’ll find a runway here for long-term success.

True Sector Specialists – Their work spans deep, technically complex verticals such as:

• Cloud Infrastructure – hyperscalers, edge networks, connectivity solutions
• Mobility & Autonomous Vehicles – advanced driver systems, e-mobility platforms, software-defined vehicles
• AI & Machine Learning – R&D leadership, commercialisation, data strategy
• Quantum Computing & Semiconductor Innovation
• Digital Health & MedTech – connected diagnostics, wearable health tech
• IoT & Industry 4.0 – smart manufacturing, robotics, industrial AI
• Senior-Level, Global Mandates – Focus on C-suite, VP, and Commercial Leadership hires.
• Consultative, Long-Term Partnerships – Retained and exclusive work, with long-standing clients and high engagement.
• Elite Delivery Support – Internal research team and systems to help you focus on value-add activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading or contributing to retained executive search assignments across global tech sectors
• Partnering with pioneering clients to define hiring needs and go-to-market plans
• Building and nurturing long-term candidate networks in highly specialist verticals
• Running sophisticated outreach and assessment processes with support from an experienced team
• Earning exceptional commission and progressing toward partnership, if desired

Who This Suits

• 180 or 360 experience in recruitment or executive search
• Intelligent, curious, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in complex markets
• Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and able to drive outcomes
• Experience in any relevant vertical is welcome – from deep tech and infrastructure to life sciences, telecoms, or mobility
• Must be articulate, ambitious, and excited by the pace of innovation
