Join a forward-thinking executive search firm specialising in scaling VC-backed SaaS, FinTech, and Cyber Security companies across the UK, EMEA, US, and APAC . This is a unique opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter to operate at a senior level, partnering with founders, CEOs, and senior talent leaders to deliver retained search and scale projects in the GTM space.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage your own client portfolio across high-growth SaaS and Tech businesses
• Win and deliver retained executive searches and multi-hire projects
• Consult closely with clients on hiring plans, candidate profiles, and GTM strategy alignment
• Conduct deep market mapping and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions
• Source, engage, and interview senior-level candidates across Sales, Marketing, CS, and PreSales
• Guide clients and candidates through the search lifecycle with strategic insight and care
• Work alongside an exceptional delivery team to support project execution

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in 360 recruitment or executive search — ideally within SaaS or B2B Tech
• Proven background in placing GTM talent: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, PreSales
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build consultative client relationships
• Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle — pitch to placement
• Comfortable working on retained search and multi-hire delivery models
• Personable, insightful, and confident navigating senior candidate relationships
• A passion for growth, autonomy, and delivering real client value
