Recruiter salary $85,000 - $110,000, Managing Consultant - up to circa $160k (NEG)

My client is building a high-performing recruitment business in the Business Transformation space, with a core focus on ERP, Data, Cloud and AI. Finance recruiters will also be consider.

This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in scaling a business with significant growth plans.

• Established for 8 years, currently a team of under 5
• Generating over $2M AUD in annual billings
• $2M contractor book already in place
• Market fully mapped with a database of 25,000+ candidates
• Recently secured investment and entering a scale phase
• Clear roadmap: grow across Australia, then expand into the US and Europe
• Long-term goal to achieve a $100M exit
