Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing the company's IT strategy, overseeing software development projects, ensuring effective systems architecture, and driving forward product development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and manage technical operations to support Hypothesis3's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Proven experience in IT Strategy and systems Architecture
• Strong Project Management skills, including leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Experience with Gen AI (LangChain, LangGraph, etc) is a must
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
