Policy Administration System (PAS) Technical LeadContract - Outside IR35 - 6 Months - £700/day - London- Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office.Please note..The successful candidate MUST have insurance knowledge along with strong Policy Administration experience. DO NOT APPLY if you don't have these skills.CVs in the first instanceWe are seeking an experienced PAS Technical Lead to join my client's team, taking over from the current incumbent who will be retiring next year. This is a key role within the organisation, offering both leadership responsibility and technical ownership of their core systems.Key RequirementsProven experience working with Lloyd's market PAS platforms (essential)Strong preference for experience with DXC PAS solutions , ideally DXC Assure (currently in use at my client)Demonstrable track record within specialty insuranceDeep understanding of specialty insurance processes and relevant regulatory frameworksRole OverviewThe successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing PAS capabilities, ensuring robust system performance, and supporting the operational delivery of high-quality services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership across middle- and back-office PAS activitiesSupport and enable the outsourcing of complex, high-touch processes , reducing friction and improving efficiencyEnsure delivery of a trusted, high-quality service aligned with regulatory and business standardsContribute to the development of a centre of excellence model , delivering scalable and efficient operationsBusiness Value & EnvironmentOperate within a low-cost centre of excellence , focused on:Delivering significant cost savings for clientsMaintaining lean operational structures to drive strong profit marginsEnable clients to focus on high-value activities by streamlining operational processesPolicy Administration System (PAS) Technical LeadContract - Outside IR35 - 6 Months - £700/day - London- Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office.Please note..The successful candidate MUST have insurance knowledge along with strong Policy Administration experience.
