I'm working with a leading specialty insurer that's kicking off a major Policy Administration System (PAS) transformation, and they're on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst with strong London Market experience to join the team.

If you've got hands-on PAS project experience, a solid understanding of Property & Casualty insurance, and you know how to operate in complex London Market environments — this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how policies are managed, processed, and delivered across the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the key BA for Policy Administration System implementation and optimisation projects
• Partnering with Underwriting, Operations, and IT to define, document, and validate business and system requirements
• Translating complex insurance processes into clear functional specifications and workflows
• Ensuring alignment with the firm's Target Operating Model (TOM) and supporting process efficiency across the value chain

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst within the London Insurance Market
• Strong, hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) – implementation, migration, or enhancement
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products and lifecycle (quote, bind, endorsement, renewal, claims linkage)
• Exposure to TOM design and process alignment within insurance system transformations
