A leading global specialist insurer is looking for a Senior Regulatory Data Product Owner to drive the transformation of its regulatory reporting and compliance data landscape.

This is a strategic and high-impact role at the intersection of Data, Compliance, and Technology — ideal for a data-driven leader who can turn complex regulatory obligations into automated, insight-rich solutions.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve a portfolio of regulatory data products supporting Lloyd's, PRA, and CBI reporting.
• Shape and deliver a roadmap that embeds automation, data quality, and transparency across compliance processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in Risk, Finance, and Underwriting to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional data squads to deliver iterative improvements on modern data platforms.
• Represent the data function in regulatory discussions and champion best-in-class data governance.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in London Insurance Market regulatory reporting.
• Proven track record in product ownership or data leadership, with hands-on delivery of data solutions.
• Technical fluency in Power BI, Qlik, SQL, and data management platforms.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and regulators.
• A passion for driving transformation through data quality, automation, and innovation.
