The opportunity

We have a unique opportunity to join IAG Loyalty to lead and support in all things End User Experience and Computing. We are looking for someone to manage external suppliers to ensure optimal performance, security, user experience, and innovation within the end-user computing environment. This role encompasses overseeing desktop and mobile ecosystems, driving cloud connectivity, managing Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Entra solutions, enforcing robust security policies, and ensuring reliable VPN and remote acess services for end users.

What you'll get up to

You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our end-user tech experience. From modernising desktops and mobile environments to integrating Microsoft O365, Entra, and cloud connectivity, you'll lead strategic initiatives that keep us ahead of the curve. Day to day, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly - monitoring KPIs, managing incidents, and constantly improving how we operate.

You'll drive high-impact projects, from software and hardware rollouts to enhancing VPN and cloud services - all delivered on time and on budget. Building strong relationships will be second nature, whether you're working with internal teams or managing third-party vendors and outsourced providers. You'll also make sure we're on top of licensing and asset management, keeping everything sharp and compliant.

As a hands-on technical leader, you'll optimise Microsoft O365 and Entra across the business, streamline access management, and lead the charge on security policies to protect our data and users. You'll ensure remote access is reliable and secure, cloud connectivity is seamless, and that our desktop apps are integrated and supported smoothly.

Innovation is in your DNA - you'll be the go-to person for identifying new tech and better ways of working, while championing best practices that elevate user experience. You'll also help shape a secure and compliant environment by embedding policies aligned with ISO 27001, GDPR and more.

Through performance metrics and smart data insights, you'll fine-tune operations and ensure our systems are robust, responsive and ready for anything.

Finally, you'll be a vital link between technical teams, suppliers and the wider business - translating challenges into solutions, and goals into action. You'll also support disaster recovery planning, helping to safeguard business continuity with well-defined RTOs and RPOs.

What we need from you ??
  • You know what a great end-user experience looks like - and how to make it happen across devices, platforms, and locations.
  • You're confident managing suppliers and partners, making sure they deliver real value and reliable service.
  • You work comfortably with Microsoft 365 and Entra, and know how to get the best out of the tools that keep teams connected and secure.
  • You understand what it takes to support a hybrid workforce - from VPNs to cloud integration - and can keep things running smoothly wherever people are.
  • Security is second nature to you. You put the right controls in place without adding friction for users.
  • You're curious about new tech, always looking for smarter ways to work and better ways to support the business.
  • You're clear, confident, and collaborative - great at bringing people together and making complex things simple.
  • Above all, you're proactive, adaptable, and ready to make a big impact in a fast-moving environment.
