Salesforce Developer(PSS)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional with strong expertise in OmniStudio and Public Sector Solutions (PSS) to design, build, and support scalable, user-centric Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient, high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors).
• Configure and customize Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) to support complex business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure best practices in solution design, performance, security, and scalability.
• Support system testing, deployment, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and data models.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio, PSS, or related).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience delivering solutions for public sector or regulated industries.
