Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: Newbury, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite)

Contract: 6 Months (Outside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

Were seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for a leading client in Newbury. Youll play a key role in shaping the ServiceNow platform strategy and ensuring best practices are embedded across ITSM, TSOM, and related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Primary focus on TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management) and at least 2 other modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.
• Oversee platform integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).
• Design and deliver scalable CMDB and Discovery solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and compliance.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Primary expertise in ServiceNow TSOM implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and at least two other ServiceNow modules.
• Proven track record of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server).
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and data model.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Background in designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Technical Architect (CTA)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid mix of onsite (Newbury) and remote working. Video interviews.
