Design Verification Engineer
I am looking for a Digital Verification Engineer join a US company who have opened a UK design centre near Cambridge. You will join a small but growing UK team as they embark on their next stage of growth and be influential in company projects and product development.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support with the management of the digital and (Analog/Mixed-Signal verification environment across design projects)
- Define and enforce verification methodologies, standards, and guidelines for assigned projects
- Review internal and customer specifications and develop comprehensive verification plans, test plans, and environments to ensure full compliance
- Review and analyse RTL code to debug issues, gain design understanding, and propose effective solutions
- Work closely with digital and analog design teams to identify, debug, and resolve RTL and gate-level simulation issues
- Develop assertion-based, constrained-random verification environments
- Create and maintain testcase plans, coverage plans, and verification plans
- Implement and analyse functional and code coverage to ensure verification completeness
Minimum requirements
- MEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a closely related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience
- Special Requirements
- Universal Verification Methodology
- TCL and Bash scripting
- Formal verification techniques
- SystemVerilog
Salary and benefits
- £50,000 – £60,000 per annum base salary, dependent on experience and skill set
