DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer

An exciting opportunity for a DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer has arisen with a well-established surveillance systems company, based in Nottingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of both cloud and on-premise environments, shaping a secure, scalable technology stack. You'll maintain and enhance cloud services, virtualisation platforms, internal IT systems, and core infrastructure, while introducing modern tooling, automation, and best practices.

You will commit to a hybrid working model, required onsite 4 days a week (reducing after probationary period).

Experience of the DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer will include:

  • Infrastructure management (on-prem & Azure)
  • Linux & Windows server admin
  • Routing & switching
  • Python scripting, Docker & Git
  • VPN configuration
  • Firewall knowledge, e.g. CISCO, Fortinet, OPNsense, pfSense
