Drivers Firmware Engineer (Silicon Team)

Our client is a Cambridge based innovative tech company developing advanced smart-material actuator technology used in flagship consumer devices worldwide. They're looking for an experienced Drivers Firmware Engineer to join their silicon group and work across driver development, verification and silicon validation.
Drivers Firmware Engineer role

• Develop embedded drivers for proprietary silicon
• Build & maintain automated pre-silicon and silicon test environments
• Create validation tests for new custom chips (mix of automation + bench testing)
• Work closely with silicon, electronics and firmware teams
  

Drivers Firmware Engineer Required Kills

• Degree in CS, Electronics or similar
• Strong Background developing firmware in C
• Experience working with Python
• Strong with I2C/SPI/UART/SWD/JTAG
• Cross-platform embedded development experience
