EDA Support Engineer

As the EDA Support Engineer, you will be learning from some of the best in the industry. Your role as EDA Support Engineer will be to:

• Develop and maintain EDA environments using Cadence tools and flow
• Provide support to the design teams and provide technical expertise on tools/flows.
• Script automation and design flow enhancement
• Become a key point of contact within the business for EDA/system issues

You will have:

• A BSc / MSc degree within Electronics or similar
• A number of years’ experience supporting Cadence and Siemens EDA design tools (Virtuoso, Calibre) with commercial PDKs
• Strong scripting skills in Python / Bash / Perl
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with sound judgment and practical insight
• A keen interest to contribute to one of the UK’s fastest growing start-ups
