Embedded Software Engineer

Bath based client now need a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join their small, close-knit

team.

My client specialises in wireless technologies and IoT - they are looking to grow their team and are now in search of an competent Embedded Software Engineer with 3 years plus experience who is able to get stuck in and turn their hand to whatever is required:

  • Solid experience of C programming and embedded systems
  • Experience of at least one scripting language, ideally Python
  • Experience of Embedded Microcontrollers, ideally the ARM Cortex family
  • Experience working on Real Time Operating Systems or at a Bare Metal Level
  • Communication protocol knowledge

Any experience with IOT and wireless technologies including LoRaWAN is highly beneficial. It would also be useful to have some FPGA expertise.

Lots of interesting challenges for a capable Embedded Software Engineer.

Salary £40k to £55k plus benefits, hybrid, flexible working.
