Embedded Test Engineer

Embedded Software/Hardware Test Engineer now need in Gloucestershire to join award winning company. The successful Test Engineer will join an established team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and readiness of next-generation technology.

I am seeking a well educated and experienced Test Engineer who has a proven background of full lifecycle testing of embedded systems on complex electronics systems and who can demonstrate the following technical expertise.

• Verification and Validation strategy development
• Formal software testing skills including the development and automation of test cases
• A solid understanding of testable software design principles
• Application of requirements management systems
• Reading and interpreting technical documentation including electronics schematics
• Using a variety of laboratory test equipment

Working closely with other engineers you will be organised, a strong communicator, focussed on quality with attention to detail and results.

Competitive salary to £50k to £60k, good benefits and flexi /hybrid working.
