This HR Country Manager opening is a standalone role within the UK. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and employee experience across the UK business. You will combine strategic leadership with digital innovation, ensuring compliance with UK employment law while driving HR automation, analytics, and continuous improvement. You will have strong support from a global HR organisation, including dedicated payroll, TA, and rewards teams.

This is an onsite role, required onsite in Glasgow 4-5 days a week.

Experience of the HR Country Manager will include:

  • Proven HR leadership experience within the UK in the technology industry
