Junior Validation Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Validation / Test Engineer with around 6 months + of hands-on experience and a strong interest in working directly with hardware. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a real engineering environment, working on next-generation hardware and storage technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting validation and testing activities on hardware platforms and storage systems.
• Learning and applying basic storage concepts, interfaces, and storage media technologies.
• Running tests, collecting results, and helping to analyse data sets to identify issues or trends.
• Using Linux CLI tools to perform basic debugging and system checks.
• Working with Git for simple version control tasks.
• Gaining exposure to PCIe and other hardware-related protocols (training provided).
• Collaborating with senior engineers to troubleshoot hardware and system behaviour.

What We’re Looking For

• Around 6 months of experience in a test, validation, hardware, or related engineering role.
• Background or exposure in SoC, automotive, telecoms, or similar technical fields (academic or industrial).
• Some familiarity with hardware testing or working directly with physical systems.
• Comfortable using Linux command line tools at a basic level.
• Interest in learning protocols, data analysis, and hardware validation.
