• Develop and execute test plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Design ATE hardware for probe and final test phases
• Drive complex software debugging and deliver clear documentation
• Create robust qualification, characterisation, and production test programs
• Validate production readiness using GR&R methodology.
• Manage vendors and oversee successful production transfer to OSATs.

What the Senior Product Test Engineer brings to the role:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in Product Test Engineering within the semiconductor industry
• Expertise in ATE platforms (V93K/Teradyne) is essential
• Strong command of C++ and scripting languages like Python, PERL, and Unix
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
