We’re hiring a senior GTM & Strategy leader for a high-growth UK AI company entering a pivotal clinical scale phase.

The business has built a behavioural AI platform for use within medical, pharma, aviation and automotive and is now focused on its flagship opportunity: clinical health. With UKCA Class 1 certification targeted this year and a diagnostic aid pathway underway, the product is circa 18 months from full clinical positioning.

What’s missing? A leader who knows how to take regulated tech into real healthcare systems.

VP GTM & Strategy Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CCO, you will own the clinical go-to-market strategy and define the route into NHS and/or private healthcare.

You will:

  • Set and execute the go-to-market strategy for clinical markets
  • Position the product as a diagnostic aid / clinical decision-support tool
  • Navigate regulation, procurement and clinical validation pathways
  • Shape partnerships and ecosystem strategy
  • Provide commercial direction within the clinical landscape

Requirements:

This is a critical, high-authority role with direct impact on the growth of the business.

  • Experience selling or implementing regulated technology in clinical environments
  • Deep understanding of NHS and/or private healthcare systems
  • Strong commercial strategy capability — not just sales execution
  • Credibility with clinicians and health stakeholders
