This role offers the opportunity where you can lead impactful systems initiatives at the heart of the student-to-member experience. Working on a 6 month full time contract based in Milton Keynes. If you have strong people management experience, previoulsy worked with Dynamics 365 and the motivation to succeed then this could be the team for you.

Role Profile

To manage systems-related support activities and business processes across the student-to-member journey.

Responsibilities include:* Act as a subject matter expert to field a range of systems (Dynamics 365, Exams, Web Applications), and use knowledge and expertise to support colleagues.

* To ensure the systems are used as designed to perform business activities, providing advice and support as appropriate

* Manage the request for change process and log requirements, working with ITD.

* Support in system and User acceptance testing and ensure that business process maps and guides are kept up to date.

* Manage ServiceNow tickets to ensure system faults and problems are triaged, working with the IT Department to prioritise and resolve them.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:* Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM * Proven experience in planning and managing User Acceptance Testing* Skilled in supporting the use of databases & web platforms* Familiar with project governance and project-based work * Organisational skills and the ability to multitask* Effective People management skill
