Role Profile
To design and support the delivery of scalable, user-centred solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform, aligned to ICAEW's strategic goals. This role plays a critical part in enabling efficient and effective member, customer, and stakeholder engagement through CRM capabilities that are secure, integrated, and future-ready.
Responsibilities include:* Design Dynamics CE solutions that are extensible, modular, and aligned with best practices in configuration-over-customisation.
* Ensure solutions are user-centric, maintainable, and built to meet ICAEW's business process needs across functions such as membership, sales, customer service, and marketing.
* Provide architectural oversight across the Dynamics CE lifecycle, ensuring compliance with solution design, security models, and integration standards.
* Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and align Dynamics CE solutions to ICAEW's service delivery objectives.
* Help mature ICAEW's Dynamics architecture practice by evolving design patterns, extending reusable assets, and contributing to CRM roadmaps.
* Identify opportunities to simplify configuration, reduce custom code, and enhance data quality and reporting.
Candidate Profile
Requirements include:
* Extensive experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ideally in membership or professional services environments.
* Strong understanding of Power Platform capabilities and solution design, including Dataverse.
* Proven experience with secure, API-led, and cloud-native integration approaches in Azure.
* Familiarity with DevOps, source control and CI/CD for Dynamics solutions.
* Experience delivering within agile teams across complex, multi-system environments.
