Project Management Officer

York (Hybrid) 3 days office based
In this role, you will:

• Own and evolve all key PMO services – planning, governance, risk, reporting, and more
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery
• Deliver insights and analytics that support top-level decisions
• Champion best practices and project standards

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a PMO Lead or senior PMO role
• Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in tools, frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL), and reporting design
• A detail-driven, results-focused mindset
• Relevant project management certifications
