The Role As a Full Stack Developer, you'll help design, develop, and deliver the next generation of Techex’s real-time media transport, processing, and monitoring software. Working in a highly agile and collaborative environment, you'll contribute to software trusted by some of the biggest names in broadcast media.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new features and maintain core internal and customer-facing software tools

Work across the full stack, with an emphasis on Node.js and TypeScript

Participate in code reviews, agile planning, and team collaboration

Work closely with customers and technical partners to support live, business-critical broadcast systems

Contribute to a culture of innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)

Experience with a modern front-end framework (ideally React.js)

Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

Working knowledge of Linux

Eligibility to live and work in the UK

Open to office (Bracknell or Leeds) or hybrid UK-based working
Desirable (but not essential):

UX design experience

Rust programming language
-
Interest in real-time media transport and networking (UDP, RTP, multicast/unicast)

Experience with AngularJS
-
Adaptability to new languages and frameworks
