The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented B2B Marketing Executive to join Techex on a 6-month fixed-term contract (with a view to extend or become permanent).

This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys event coordination, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key part in delivering Techex’s international marketing activity — from managing global trade show attendance to keeping digital content fresh and executing targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Trade Show Management

• Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting.

Marketing & Administrative Support

• Provide day-to-day support for the Marketing Director and wider team.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to align marketing with commercial objectives.

Digital Content & Website Management

• Update website content and product information using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.

Social Media & Campaign Execution

• Create and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.).
• Assist in producing campaign assets that reflect the Techex brand, including digital visuals, short-form video, and copy.

HubSpot CRM & Email Marketing

• Build and manage landing pages, email campaigns, and workflows in HubSpot.
• Track and report on campaign performance and suggest optimisations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A creative, detail-driven mindset and the confidence to take initiative.

Desirable:

• Experience in B2B or technology marketing.
• Basic graphic design or short-form video production skills.
• Understanding of SEO and digital analytics.
• Experience managing budgets.
