Data Migration Specialist – Christian Charity (Cezanne HR Implementation)
Location: London Bridge, London
Contract: Temporary (3 months initially, with potential extension)
Start Date: May 2026
Salary: Dependent on experience
We are working with a well-established Christian charity based in London Bridge who are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to support the implementation of their newly acquired HR system, Cezanne HR.
This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and accurate transition of HR data into the new system. The assignment will begin in May to align with the system implementation and will run for an initial period of three months.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of HR data into the Cezanne HR system
Cleanse, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and integrity
Map data fields between legacy systems and Cezanne HR
Work closely with HR and project stakeholders during the implementation phase
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues
Support testing and system go-live activities
Document processes and provide guidance to internal teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in data migration, ideally within HR systems
Experience with Cezanne HR (highly desirable) or similar HRIS platforms
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Strong communication skills
