A leading international law firm is seeking a Solicitor/Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its Commercial & Technology team in London.

The Role

This is a high-quality, varied role advising clients across sectors including financial services, health, technology and real estate. The focus is on technology-related transactions and commercial contracts, with some exposure to data protection advisory work.

You'll advise a broad client base ranging from large international organisations to technology scale-ups, working on matters such as:

About You

• 2–4+ years' PQE as a qualified solicitor (England & Wales), with experience in technology, commercial contracts and data protection.
