Finance Lawyer 3+ PQE
The Firm:
A leading commercial law firm, who specialise in advising businesses across a range of sectors, including, fintech, media, technology, travel, retail and leisure, are recruiting for a Finance Lawyer 3-5 PQE to join their industry leading team in City.
About The Role
As part of the FinTech and Structured Finance team, your role will involve advising both established and high-growth FinTech lending platforms and funders, including UK and European corporate and consumer lenders, challenger banks and credit funds.
Your role will include a broad range of finance work, including, consumer credit, structured finance, asset-based lending, real estate finance and corporate banking.
This position would suit a lawyer with experience in banking and finance, structured finance, DCM, real estate finance or asset finance who is keen to broaden their skill set and work at the intersection of finance, technology and regulation.
About You:
- You will have 3+ years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in a finance role, gained from an equally leading city practice.
- Experience in servicing clients in the fintech industry, as well as an interest in working in this sector, is desirable.
