This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-value IT and digital transformation disputes for top-tier clients across technology, media, financial services, and government sectors.

What you’ll do:

• Lead on and advise high-profile technology and outsourcing disputes , including system implementation failures, software licensing issues, cybersecurity incidents, and contentious data matters.
• Work closely with market-leading partners and manage junior team members on major disputes and strategic advisory mandates.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams on cutting-edge technology projects and risk management initiatives.

Who we’re looking for:

• A qualified solicitor with 5–10 years’ PQE in IT, technology, or complex commercial litigation gained at a reputable firm.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and client management skills.
