£40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Share Scheme

A leading insurance tech provider is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join their client-focused delivery team.

You’ll play a key role in translating complex business needs into clear, high-quality solutions, from bespoke builds to platform enhancements, helping shape outcomes for brokers, MGAs and insurers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, enjoys cross-team collaboration, and wants to be hands-on in delivering innovative insurance solutions.

What we're looking for:

• A STEM degree (2:1 or above) and strong academic background
• 2–3 years' experience in a technical BA role (insurance/FS ideal)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Confidence engaging with clients and leading workshops
• Experience with configurable SaaS platforms like Acturis, SSP, or Open GI is a bonus
