Location: Wrexham (On-site)
Duration: 2-3 Weeks Contract initially
Rate: £340 per day (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Halo ITSM Consultant to lead the implementation of HaloITSM for a major end client in North Wales.

This is a short-term, on-site engagement focused on delivering a successful initial setup and configuration of the Halo ITSM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full initial setup and configuration of Halo ITSM

• Tenant configuration and system customisation

• Integration with existing systems

• Delivering basic user training and knowledge transfer

• Ensuring best practice implementation aligned with business needs

Required Experience:

• Proven experience implementing Halo ITSM (essential)

• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes

• Experience with system integrations

• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
