SC Cleared - Support Analyst
The Role:
Multiple positions have come available for SC Cleared Support Analysts to work with a Service Desk team, for one of our prestigious customers.
The focus will be providing a top-class service as a first point of contact for anyone with IT related issues. Providing support between the hours of 8am till 6pm, Monday to Friday, with varying shift patterns.
Duties include:
- Receiving and fulfilling requests within agreed SLAs with some potential to provide Incident Management support.
Skills Required:
- Prior technical knowledge of providing 1st & 2nd hardware and software support.
- Attitude and aptitude are as important as technical skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Candidates must be able to work onsite in either Nottingham or Milton Keynes.
