Technical Support Engineer - Windows 11

The Role:

  • Experience with Windows 11 operating system is a necessity and preferably includes previous rollout support in a retail environment
  • Customer facing capability to deal with Windows 11 front of house activities
  • Technical background to help understand post upgrade faults and fix them first time, operating system expertise is preferable
  • Knowledge of Intune and Autopilot is key to be able to provide concise feedback to technical leads on any common trends / faults / risks observed
  • Team player mentality is vital so that all 3 resources can work together to resolve issues collectively
  • Process driven colleagues to ensure upgrades and fixes are completed in line with guidance / policies provided by Boots
  • Familiarity with HP and Microsoft hardware would be beneficial but not a necessity
  • Wider understanding of application, network and infrastructure spaces would be beneficial but not a necessity
