Senior Business Analyst (non-profit organisation)

£50,000 - £57,000 + benefits

Hybrid – Midlands (2 days per week on-site)

IGA Talent Solutions have partnered with a Midlands based local government client to support them in finding a Senior Business Analyst on a permanent basis. In this role you'll be responsible for leading a small team of Analysts to deliver high-quality business analysis across the organisation. You will work closely with technical & operational teams to ensure projects (SDLC & Agile) are delivered within budget, on-time and in line with business objectives.

Key skills & experience:

• Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams, including systems and technology departments.
• Able to define business requirements and provide detailed business process analysis, gap analysis and impact assessments.
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Lead complex business analysis activities across multiple projects and cross-functional areas.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous, complex change environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A track record of developing people and leadership capabilities is an advantageous.
